Another CSX Cobra Photo Session

Rodney M., a car guy friend of mine, called recently and asked if I would photograph his CSX6000 series continuation Cobra Roadster in preparation for its upcoming sale.

To say the least, this Cobra is especially, well, special. This is one of Rodney's TWO Cobra roadsters! His other Cobra is altogether another story!

This Shelby Engine Co.-equipped 2014 Shelby 427 SC Cobra in Guardsman Blue/Wimbledon White stripes has only 2,300 street and freeway driven miles.

If you're in need for horsepower, the Shelby Engine Company, CSX 427 FE aluminum block, stroked to 468 CID, delivers 598 TQ @ 4,200 rpm and 535 HP @ 5,300 rpm. Quite 'adequate', I'd say!

A genuinely pleasant office!

CSX6113 began life as a 427 Roadster. However, it's been upgraded to an S/C. Its transformation was performed by the world-renowned McCluskey, LTD.

Coming or going, this Cobra is awesome!
